The following services are included in our exterior home security patrol service:

• A fully trained, licensed, insured, and uniformed security patrol guard will drive by your property once per week at different times in a well-marked, reliable vehicle. Additional patrols per week can be negotiated.

• Exterior perimeter walk around to check for signs of vandalism or forced entry and weather damage.

• Observe any footprints or anything out of the ordinary.

• Record, report and facilitate repairs from any weather damage.

• Photo documentation will be emailed to clients with time stamp.

All of the services mentioned in the Exterior Home Security Patrols are included in this package PLUS the following interior services are also included:

• Interior walk through of each room to check for water damage and pest evidence.

• Check to see if all thermostats are as they should be.

• Check to see if the refrigerator and freezer are working.

• Flush all toilets and run all taps.

• Check utility room including electrical panel, pilot light on furnace, hot water tank, water leaks, unusual sounds and smells.

• Check sump pump.

• Check all thermostats.

• Check laundry room area.

• Confirm windows are all closed, locked and latched.

• Adjust lighting and drapes/blinds as requested.

• Check garage and all vehicles.

The following services are included in our 24/7 emergency alarm response service:

• Emergency alarm response service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Prompt, reliable attendance by a fully trained, licensed, insured, and uniformed security patrol guard in a well-marked vehicle.

• Complete exterior perimeter walk around to determine the cause of the alarm and to check for signs of vandalism or forced entry and weather damage.

• Reset the alarm and secure the premise.

• If a breach occurred, the guard would contact the police and the client or the client’s representative.

• A detailed report, including photos will be completed and sent to the client.

• Purchase groceries for your arrival home.

• Extreme storm checks (extra visit).

• Pick up mail from mailbox and bring to your home or forward as directed.

• Cabin opening and winterizing arrangements.

• Cleaning services for your arrival home.

• Airing out home prior to your return.

• Turn heat up to comfortable level.

• Check hot tub water level and temperature.

• Arrange and attend third party appointments as directed.

• Supervise 3rd party contractors on site.

• Assist REALTORS® with 3rd party inspections.

• Start all vehicles monthly.

• Run of all plumbing for 15 minutes once per month.

• Run dishwasher and washing machine through a rinse cycle.
